Thanks so much for your interest in coaching—I'm genuinely excited at the possibility of working with you.

I’ve been a runner and a Physio for over 25 years, and in that time, I’ve learned that running is about so much more than chasing PRs. It’s a process that shapes us—not just as athletes, but as people. As a physiotherapist and lifelong runner, my approach is grounded in science, injury prevention, and a deep respect for the long game. Having done over 80 marathons and ultras, I've also had more than enough opputunity to be an experiment of one - sometimes succesfully and sometimes not - so I have learnt the hard way too.

Nothing brings me more joy than helping ordinary people overcome obstacles and achieve extraordinary goals. My goal? To help you become a stronger, healthier runner—and to enjoy the ride while we’re at it. 

We’ll focus on consistency, discipline, and self-discovery, using tools like heart rate zone training, fun free runs, and pace-based workouts—all delivered directly to your phone through simple, easy-to-use software. You’ll also receive targeted strength and mobility sessions, plus running form drills to help you move more efficiently and with confidence. Consistent, purpose-driven running with heart.

The goal is to build your engine, your body, and your mind—so that when you look at an event, you can honestly say:
“That looks RunAble.”

If you decide to take the next step, we’ll set up a call to talk about your current fitness, your medium and long-term goals, and most importantly—see if we’re a good fit. Because coaching is a relationship. It works best when there’s mutual trust, shared values, and a bit of fun along the way.

To me, success means learning to love the process more than the outcome. I’m not here to coach elites or chase podiums—I’m here to help everyday runners become the best version of themselves. That’s where the magic is. That’s what RunAble is all about.
